Still deftly engaged in his ongoing quest to be known as the ridiculous rapper with the nonsensical name, Stay-Puft Diddy – or whatever this week’s moniker might be – is said to be engaged in some R-rated schmoozing with a hot lady-friend, or so the Scandalist scribes would have us believe.
After Chris recently rejoined with Rihanna at Diddy’s pricey pad on Star Island, Diddy himself is reported to have been closer than spandex to his long-time acquaintance, Miss Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura. A well-informed source who attended the bash last weekend assured reporters that ‘Diddy and Cassie were all over each other, and didn’t leave each other’s side the whole night.’
Rumors about PD and his squeeze have swirled uncontrollably for more than a year, but the romeo rapper has deftly denied it. Now, it would seem, the truth has oozed out. The insider insists the partying pair were feeling the vibes until well after 7am, when DJ Felix played a set just for them. What happened from there, I shall leave to your own fevered perceptions.
Diddy met Cassie after signing her up to his label in 2006. She’s17 years younger than Diddy who has fathered six children that we know about.
The exclusive South African boarding school financed and managed by chat-show queen, Oprah Winfrey has become entangled in yet another sex scandal, according to a report in the New York Daily News.
In the latest incident, the second in less than two years, seven students and a Matron have been removed from the $46-million school after charges ranging from bullying to flagrant and repeated sexual harassment were filed. One student was suspended after engaging in these and other acts, then forcing her victims to lie to authorities so her crimes would not be discovered.
Attended by such illustrious supporters as Nelson Mandela and director Spike Lee, the Johannesburg school was opened in January 2007; An event which Oprah declared to be the proudest moment of her life. Her vision for the school was typically clear; 450 gifted girls from poor local families would attend grades seven to twelve and receive free tuition, uniforms and supplies. In return, all that was asked was to follow the rules.
Ten-months later, the world watched in horror as Oprah, herself a victim of sexual abuse, sobbed inconsolably as fifteen of her students recounted multiple stories of sexual abuse at the hands of a Matron employed at the school. “I am a Mama Bear when it comes to protecting my children,” Oprah said later. “These girls are like my children. That’s not just rhetoric, I take their futures very seriously.”
The Matron, Virginia Makgobo, 27, is due in court on June 1st, and faces a litany of charges including indecent assault, soliciting a minor to perform a sexual act, and multiple counts of verbal abuse. She has denied the allegations. Winfrey also fired the School’s Headmistress, and has vowed to distribute cellphones to the girls, with her number on speed-dial, so they can report future problems directly to her.
The story continues, but so far the phones have not rung.

Rapper Andre 3000 of Outkast was arrested last weekend in Atlanta for driving 44-mph over the posted speed limit.
Andre, whose real name is Andre Benjamin, was clocked at 109-mph in a 65-mph zone on I-75 as he drove his 2007 Porsche Carrera.
Police Captain Jason Bolton said Andre was posing an obvious threat to other drivers. “Traveling that fast along 75, you’re passing people as if they’re standing still. It’s an accident waiting to happen.”
Andre posted bail and was released. He will appear in court on April 29th.
Georgia State Representative Jim Cole is hoping Andre will be willing to campaign for the state’s new Super Speeder Bill which calls for an additional $200 fine for anyone caught doing more than 85 miles an hour on freeways. The law will go into effect this summer.

Hospital Workers Fired for Snooping at OctoMom’s Medical Records

Fifteen hospital workers were fired from their jobs at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center after secretly peering at Nadya Suleman’s medical records.
Eight other employees were “significantly” reprimanded.
The hospital’s spokesman, Jim Anderson, said Monday, “Despite the notoriety of this case, to us this person is a patient who deserves the privacy that all our patients get.” He added that he doesn’t believe any information was leaked by the workers.
Hospital employees were reminded of confidentiality laws before Suleman arrived to deliver her eight babies in January.
Octomom’s lawyer, Jeff Czech, says his client won’t be filing charges.
He believes the hospital employees were looking for information about the sperm donor but says that none of that information is listed in her medical records and is being kept perfectly safe. He stated, “She trusts Kaiser and they said they’d look into it. We feel that they’re on top of it and are taking care of it.”

The boxing match between Michael Lohan and Q102 Philadelphia DJ Rocco is finally almost here!
Time to hopefully watch Lindsay Lohan’s dad get pummeled!
The Celebrity Boxing 7 bout takes place this Friday, April 3rd at 8 p.m. EDT. at the Philadelphia Airport Ramada, in Essington, PA. Special guest referee will be former Philadelphia Eagles star Mike Mamula.
A couple of weeks ago Lohan smack talked his opponent:
“Rocco, I have the hands of stone and when I knock you out, you will see why the Lohans’ are all about taking care of business”
Then at a recent press conference Rocco threw water in Lohan’s face. Lohan responded with, “Rocco, no one disrespects me. April 3rd I will leave the marks of my gloves across your face and you will wish you never step foot in the ring with me.”

Mickey is so rad with his pups. They are treated like royalty and pampered incessantly – as they should be! You can bet that little guy is eating it up. Isn’t he adorable? He sort of looks like Yoda!

There are some recent rumors that make you wonder about the conservatorship hold that dad Jamie has on his daughter Britney Spears. Most recently while daddy was away Britney was rumored to be at play. Brit was messing around with hunky 21-year-old backup dancer while father Jamie was tending to business in L.A. late this month. According to a NY Daily News well-placed tour source:
“Britney was a bad girl,” says our insider. “Literally as soon as her dad left, she started getting cozy with a dancer named Gio. It wasn’t serious. They had a few romantic interludes, and she bought him a few things — a pair of shoes and some clothes — even though she’s on an allowance.”
But with Jamie back on the prowl for the “Circus” tour the ‘monkey business’ has died down for now. Keeping in mind Britney is a mother of two and all it’s just strange she is now basically under lock and key more so then most teenagers.
There is also an interesting back story of control. Jamie recently shut down one of Britney’s biggest fan sites, BreatheHeavy, over an alleged breach of copyright in posting unauthorized photos and videos.
The site owner posted the following: “I have been battling the conservatorship Britney is currently placed under for months now. When I did not conform to the requests and demands Britney’s management and father, Jamie Spears, recently put upon BreatheHeavy to stay quiet, they in turn became angry and malicious. … The conservatorship Britney is placed under, which controls every aspect of her life, is now clenching the future of her biggest fan site.”
It was kind of incomprehensible to me why daddy Spears would go after this site. There are plenty of other sites with bigger readerships that are critical of Jamie and Britney. I have heard rumblings that the owner of BreatheHeavy was getting tips from former Britney manager Sam Lutfi who has been banished with a restraining order, by Jamie and the conservatorship team.
Monday the BreatheHeavy owner posted a recording supposedly left by Britney on another site (since his own site is under legal attack,) JFX Online, which is the pap agency that used to employ Adnan Ghalib. On this voicemail we hear someone supposedly Britney, leaving a voice-mail for her legal team on battling the conservatorship.
“Hi, my name’s Britney Spears,” Brit reportedly said. “I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship that my father has threatened me several times. You know, he’ll take my children away. I just want to be guaranteed that everything will be fine with the process of you guys taking care of everything.”
Hard to tell if this is really Britney’s voice or not, but it adds fuel to the fire for those that feel Brit is being exploited, pushed out by her dad to make an album and go on tour to keep the money rolling in, while she’s still not fully able to care for herself.
How I Met Your Mother actress, Alyson Hannigan and her fellow actor husband, Alexis Denisof, have welcomed a daughter, named Satyana Denisof, born March 24 in Los Angeles, which also happens to be Hannigan’s birthday. It’s their first child.
On the big screen, Hannigan is famous for her role as band geek Michelle opposite Jason Biggs in the American Pie trilogy.
But you also might know Alyson and Alexis (Wesley Wyndam-Pryce) best from Buffy the Vampire Slayer where they met on the set of during the 1999-2000 season. They have been married for over 5 years.
